We are dedicated to supporting you, your IT team and your business.

At Cavern, we’ve taken prompt action to protect our clients, team and community in response to COVID-19 while maintaining our commitment to provide essential business operations and infrastructure to support our customers.
We are closely adhering to our Phase III COVID-19 response plan that began on March 18 and the Stay-at-Home Order issued by the Johnson County Health Department, KCMO, Wyandotte County and Jackson County, that took effect March 24. Our operations are in accordance with Executive Order No. 20-16 from the State of Kansas as an essential function identified in the Kansas Essential Function Framework (“KEFF”). This means you and your team have normal access to your data center. Please note that we are observing all the recommended travel quarantines issued by The Kansas Department of Health and Environment.
We’re continuing our mission-critical business operations, implementing defined shifts for essential on-site coverage of key facilities and business ops functions while maintaining social distancing and prevention efforts within the facility. Many team members who are not required to be physically on-site are working remotely, and you’ll find they’re fully accessible during regular work hours.

  • Restrict access to essential areas within the facility
  • Wipe down workspace surfaces when you start and finish work
  • Closely adhere to hygiene recommendations based on the CDC’s prevention efforts
  • Notify your supervisor or Cavern staff and leave the facility immediately if you believe you are developing symptoms
