Hot and Warm Desktop Recovery

Cavern Technologies hot and warm desktop recovery services are housed within our 200-seat business continuity center.  Both hot and warm seats are 6ft-by-6ft cubicles and have 100baseT connections to the Cavern Technologies internal network or have the option to be directly connected to your co-location/disaster recovery areas.  Internet access is provided through Cavern Technologies internal network and protected by a firewall and is provided by multi internet carriers.  Printing, faxing, and copy services are also provided and are maintained by our support personnel for your general use.  Voice service can be provided as a generic service where a phone or groups of phones are provided a phone number issued at time of declaration.  A planned voice service or phone system hosting can be arrange and integrated with third-party vendors or phone companies.  Flexibility in voice communications is a big part of our desktop recovery model.

Hot seats can be provided with a variation of specifications.  Our computers are all standardized and can be preloaded with an image containing any specialized applications or configurations that you require.  Dedicated and customized options are also available.

Cavern Technologies realizes that not only does the technical aspect have to be covered but the human factor as well. Providing amenities geared to your employees is often an overlooked factor. At our business continuity center we have integrated a warm and hospitable setting with large break areas, bathrooms, conference room access, and food services at your disposal. Our site can also provide storage of supplies and equipment to be deployed in case of an emergency.

Wtih our warehouse space located in the same facility we have the unique ability to store and ship small or large quantities of equipment and supplies. Our warehouse ins maintained and inventoried by a dedicated staff and is secured by video surveillance and guarded access 24/7.
